Welcome to Astanga Yoga every Tuesday! I´m teaching it in Lauttasaari, in English:)
You should have your own yoga mat, streching clothing and 6e cash.
Doesn´t matter if you haven´t done yoga before. I´ll be helping you!
The place is next to Lauttasaari´s library: Pajalahdentie 10 B. All T buses from Kamppi come very close and also buses 20 and 65.
